Design Due Diligence and Operations Plan for Arieseni Mountain Resort – Romania
A design due diligence and operations plan of action were developed by PGI for Arieseni Ski Resort, thereby ensuring to become the largest ski resort in Romania.
PGI Management elaborated the operations plan for the whole resort, as well as for each functional area: lifts, slopes, snow making, snowgrooming, and ticketing.
We also developed several lines of actions in order to provide technical advice on slopes design and identify main operations risks.
