Joan holds more than 25 years of management experience in the winter tourism industry. He is the torch carrier of the legacy of his father, Francesc Viladomat, the Founder of the Company, Olympic skier and snow business entrepreneur. He envisioned and articulated the merger between the two main ski resorts in Andorra to create Grandvalira, a major ski area which currently included in the Top20 worldwide in ski days sold.
He created Pas Grau Internacional, S.A. (PGI) a company whose mission is to enhance the economic development of mountain regions both in the Pyrenees and in other mountain ranges worldwide, in a framework which will make it possible to improve the social and work conditions of their inhabitants, and in which a sustainable use will be made of their territory and landscapes.
