n Argentina, PGI Management provided suite of services in design and construction part of a new freestyle snow park in a Mountain Resort located in Calafate.

We also prepared a market research analysis and financial feasibility study of outdoor activities. Our business model consisted in a whole year offer, designing summer and winter activities alike.

To define a good quality products and services in El Calafate Mountain Resort we developed product conceptualization and positioning as well as design and implementation of the commercial plan.
