MERGER PLAN OF PALANDÖKEN AND KONAKLI SKI RESORTS – ERZURUM, TURKEY

PGI Management successfully integrated the conception of a master plan for the merger of Palandöken and Konakli ski resorts into the Grand Erzurum Ski Resort, which became the largest ski resort in Turkey.

In order to guarantee labor source and to improve productivity PGI Management participated in the elaboration of the merger master plan. Working in partnership with McKinsey, it was created expert advisory to ensure the optimal operations efficiency in the enlargement process.

PGI also coordinated and provided  technical support in the customer flow and related services to enhance the skier experience.
