PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE AND OPERATION MANAGEMENT IN AMIRSOY MOUNTAIN RESORT – UZBEKISTAN

Pas Grau International (PGI) is in charge of the Project Management Office (PMO) and Operation Management for the construction of the first modern mountain resort located in Uzbekistan.

The project consists of several phases that include:

Phase 1. PGI Management collaborates with Amirsoy Mountain Resort in the elaboration of the Ski & Mountain Resort Master Plan design.

Phase 2. Project Management Office (PMO): PGI leads the construction of the ski resort area in everything related to slopes, lifts, snowmaking, buildings, IT & Access Control, activities areas and the accommodation and F&B areas such as restaurants and cafeterias, cottages, hotels, etc.

Phase 3. PGI will be in charge of the whole Mountain Resort management, assuming the operation in both resort areas: Mountain & Accommodation Area. Mountain.

The global Mountain Resort Management that PGI will perform, assuming the direction of more than 500 employees, will convert Amirsoy in the first modern Mountain Resort in Uzbekistan, becoming one of the most important tourism attraction sites of the country, prepared to host both national and international visitors due to its high standards achieved and to all the activities offered the whole year round.
