PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE IN THE DESIGN OF KOK ZHAILAU SKI AREA – KAZAKHSTAN

PGI Management participated in development of Kok Zhailau project in Kazakstan. We implemented several distinct support and service areas, such as review and operational adaptation of projects submitted by engineering companies: ski lifts, slopes, snow making, snow grooming, avalanche, ticketing and access control, mountain restaurants, ski school and mountain activities.

Working closely with our partner, we also made some analysis and marketing studies designed to make a mountain resort profitable: competitor analysis  of national and international market,  product definition according to international offer, sales plan and as well as pricing strategy and priority communication tools .
